This notice explains how Property Elites Clique, a team of salespersons with PropNex Realty Pte Ltd (agency licence L3008022J), handles the personal data you give through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012.
What we collect
When you send a form on this site we receive your name, mobile number, and anything you choose to tell us about your property, your timeline and your message, together with the page you sent it from. If you ask for a code for the 3D stack explorers we also keep your name, mobile number and any email address you give, with the date and the code's expiry (never the code itself), so that we can send you the code and switch it off later.
How we use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and to advise you on the property matter you raised. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone outside the team and PropNex Realty Pte Ltd, except where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it for your enquiry or any resulting transaction, and as required by law and by the Council for Estate Agencies' rules.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our using it, by contacting us through our contact page.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. When you enter a stack explorer code, it sets one cookie that keeps the full explorer open on that device for up to 30 days; team members who sign in get one that keeps them signed in.
