Placement

Arranged by fitting each home's floor plan outline to the stacks outlined on the developer's site plan drawing, which is laid on the development's mapped plot by its site line (overlap 0.99, scale within 0.5%, north agreeing with the drawing's north arrow within 1 degree). The outlines take in walls and ledges that the site plan draws more tightly, so no stack reaches the standard's 0.93 overlap with its outline on the site plan (0.82 to 0.91, mean 0.88), though each home covers 94% or more of its drawn outline; homes were moved apart by at most 0.43 m so that none overlap. The four 2-bedroom (with study) homes on the 1st storey that sit partly below the neighbouring stack are placed by the developer's key plan (overlap 0.84 to 0.87). Also estimated: the 1st-storey homes with a private enclosed space are drawn with their stack's outline; the facility markers stand at ground level, though some facilities are in the basement or on the clubhouse's upper storeys
