About the The Hillshore model

Positions estimatedChecked 15 Oct 2026

Drawn from
Developer's floor plans (one picture per type, 28 types including penthouses, with unit lists, key plan and scale bar) and the developer's site plan with facility legend (building plans approved 1 Dec 2023), from PropNex Project Suite, read 15 Oct 2026; a PropNex 4-fold (PropNex edition: schematic diagram, unit table and a sharper copy of the developer's site plan; file dated 13 May 2025) and a PropNex e-book (PropNex edition; file dated 30 Oct 2025)
Placement
Arranged by fitting each home's floor plan outline to its stack on the developer's site plan, which is laid on the development's mapped plot by its site line (overlap 0.99, scale within 0.8%; once laid on the plot, the site plan's north arrow points about 5 degrees from north, and the plot's mapped line is followed). The outlines take in walls and ledges that the site plan draws more tightly, so 8 of the 21 stacks reach the standard's 0.93 overlap (0.89 to 0.96, mean 0.92; as built, after the moves below and at the plans' printed size, 0.82 to 0.91), though each outline covers 93% or more of its stack on the site plan; a second fit to the 4-fold's sharper copy of the site plan placed every stack within 0.25 m of the first. Neighbouring homes were moved apart by at most 0.6 m so that none overlap. Also estimated: the developer's '5th storey upper' (the attic storey) is shown as a 6th level above the 5th-storey homes beneath it; two-storey penthouses are drawn as one storey, without their upper floors and roof terraces; both blocks stand on one ground level, though the site rises from Pasir Panjang Road; stacks 02 to 05 and 12 to 16 start above ground (from the 2nd, 3rd or 4th storey) with nothing drawn below them, as the documents show no homes there; in 'Floor plans in place' the plans of stacks 02 to 05 and 13 to 16 sit inside the penthouse storey drawn above them and are hidden in that view (their plans show when a home is chosen); the facility markers stand at ground level, though the facilities are in the basement, on the landscape deck and on the upper storeys and roof of one block
Storey height
Assumed at 3.2 m (the PropNex e-book gives ceilings of 3.2 m for typical homes and up to 6 m for penthouses, so the blocks are likely taller than drawn)

Surroundings
OpenStreetMap and SLA OneMap 3D (building shapes to about 360 m, where the standard asks for about 620 m; textured models of the nearest buildings), read 15 Oct 2026; heights partly assumed

Floor plans and site plans are the developer's own drawings, as issued to agents through PropNex. Sizes are strata areas and subject to final survey. Recorded transactions and comparing units are not part of StackLens yet. Please check anything important with us and the developer before you decide.
